I couldn’t have asked for a better driving instructor. Michael was a true gentleman — calm, patient, and always encouraging. He had some brilliant ways of helping me understand the true width of the car (after all, I wasn’t driving a lorry!). Thanks to his fantastic teaching and guidance, I passed my test first time. I’d highly recommend him to anyone learning to drive!

This is a very belated review, my apologies. But I had lessons with Janet in 2016 and she was a wonderful instructor. With Janet's help I was able to pass first time. It is very clear after spending time with Janet how much she enjoys what she does, and her positivity is infectious. I had great fun getting to know Janet while learning to drive in the U.K. She is extremely proficient, professional and her results speak for themselves. I would recommend Janet to anyone in need of driving help. Thanks to Janet both my husband and a close friend passed first time also!

I was an anxious driver to begin with, but Janet's patience and encouragement put paid to that in short order. As my ability and confidence improved her tuition remained excellent as we covered more advanced topics while always making sure bad habits never crept into the basics. She was also very accommodating when my test date was pushed back a month by the test centre and we had to rearrange quite a few lessons. After passing (first time!), I came back to Janet for some motorway tuition, and I was very happy with this as well. All in all very professional but friendly, easy to talk to; a fantastic driving instructor I wholeheartedly recommend, many thanks Janet!

Janet is my third driving instructor and by far the best. I had lessons from instructors from major driving schools before and they didn't go into anywhere near as much detail. She continually corrects your driving so there is no danger of picking up bad habits or being unaware of your mistakes. She also doesn't put you in for your test until she believes you're ready for it and you're a competent safe driver (unlike my previous instructor who expected me to pass when I was clearly not ready). She ensures her clients will be safe, knowledgable drivers for life, and I felt very confident in my driving ability when I sat my test.

At first, I was nervous about learning to drive; however, Janet made me feel at ease and never made me do anything that I wasn’t comfortable with. She was very encouraging and gave me confidence in every aspect of driving, even when I didn’t think I could do something she managed to convince me that I could. She was also extremely patient and always gave clear instructions and explanations. Furthermore, she was very reliable: never changing lessons at the last minute and always arriving on time. Overall, learning to drive with Janet was a very memorable and enjoyable experience.

Janets Little Car.. I had lessons with Janet in 2013 and going with her was the best decision I made. She is a extremely good instructor. She doesn't just show you how to pass your test.. What she does is more than that, she shows you how to be a sensible, safe and considerate driver. I am always boasting about how I had the best driving instructor, it was probably the sweet you get given at the end of the lesson more than the theory homework sheets to be done before my next lesson which was very helpful. I think that was the reason why I managed to pass the theory test first time and that she also boosts you with confidence! Many people say she is too expensive. Over priced. But you certainly get what you pay for and you get to drive her lovely Red Skoda! What more do you want? There is so much good I could say about her, it would end up being a 3000 page novel! Just give her a go, bearing in mind she isn't fully booked because of how much of a FANTASTIC instructor she is. You wont look back. Janet, Thank you!

Janet was a great teacher. I had about 10 lessons and I passed first time with only 2 minor errors. She definitely didn't let me get away with making silly errors and she helped me overcome the frustration of learning how to drive. Even though it's a scary thing being out on the road for the first time Janet made the lessons fun and I was always at ease with her even if I wasn't fully at ease with how heavily to apply the brake pedal.
