Finally I have found a massage therapist that helped me with my shoulder pain. Doing resistance training for so many years can cause muscular tightness and Jo fixed me! She is very professional and has a great knowledge of human anatomy. She explained the issue to me, I followed her advice, been having regular deep tissue massages with her and doing my homework as well. I am very happy to be pain free and I can definitely recommend Jo!!!

I can not recommend Jo enough, I’ve been having really bad neck and back issues for over a month, and Jo was amazing. The first session I felt so much more better, Jo is professional, friendly and knows exactly what was the issue, I’ve been to see Jo again and now feel so so much better. I’m now going to make regulars monthly bookings.
If you need fixing.. Jo is the person you need to go too.

I can’t recommend Jo highly enough. I initially used her due to rotator cuff issues but have continued to see her once a month as there is always at least one issue needing attention from running etc. Very professional and knowledgeable, 10/10.

I have seen Jo at Range of Motion at various times over the past few years for issues relating to my back and neck and have always received personalised and professional treatment that I would highly recommend.

I have had upper back, shoulder and neck pain for the last few years. I have had regular sports massages from another therapist with little relief. After 2 sessions with Jo I had almost instant relief. I have a lot more movement in my neck and the pain has almost disappeared. Jo is professional, knowledgeable and will put you at ease straight away. I can’t recommend her enough!

Jo is brilliant at her job and delivers great results on my back and glutes. I often get quite tight as a result of things I do but Jo loosens it up really well meaning that I feel so much better after a session - the difference is very noticeable!
Jo is really nice to work with too. I recommend her if you need to improve your range of motion!

Jo is honestly the best sports massage therapist I have experienced; being a Personal Trainer and Hockey player, I have had plenty. Her knowledge of functionality is incredible and visible in her practice.
Jo has helped me recover from Marathons, general upkeep and often fits me in the last minute based on pain from over-training or a hockey game.
I refer Jo to all my clients if required, and they have all benefited enormously from the massage.
I highly recommend Jo.

I had neck pain for months which eventually affected my sleep and most of the day. After one session with Jo, it was such a relief. Jo showed me very simple short movements to make each day which made all the difference. Just two sessions later my pain is gone and I know how to stop it returning. No lengthy course required, just great, simple to follow advice. She's amazing!!!

I see Jo once a week to help keep my fitness injuries at bay. She’s professional, knowledgeable and I always feel better after one of her massages. Highly recommend if you have any sports injuries or just want a bloody good massage.

I heard of Jo by word of mouth, I am so pleased that I did. I was not aware of how awful the range of movement in my neck had become, I just struggled on with it. Jo has been excellent, her hands on capabilities, knowledge and ability to explain to me in lay mans terms what has happened and how to rectify it, has literally made my life better. I cannot thank her enough. Jo is kind, compassionate and extremely good at her job. I am 54 and I have had a lot of sports massages in my time. Jo is head and shoulders above the rest.
