The team were true to their word on attending the property for a damp survey and turning it around timely. As a result of their reviews and the 20 year guarantee I hired the team to damp proof a basement flat and they did exactly what they stated and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I would recommend them.

Ben and his team completed a damp survey and subsequently a damp proof course on my basement flat. I wanted it completed before I moved in and Ben managed to fit me in throughout January last year. Ben was very helpful from start to finish, from creating a very comprehensive damp survey report - through to completing the Damp Proof work that he quoted on. There were a few problems that Ben identified during the treatment, but he let me know immediately and explained the different options available to remedy them (the joys of old properties!). I'm happy with the end work, and Ben has even helped with questions that I've had since the work finished. Would recommend

Ben and his team were excellent and very skilled at what they did. We had a major problem that was actually entirely my fault for giving the wrong instructions, but Ben went out of his way to sort out the problem and was polite throughout. He could have charged me for this extra work to correct the problem I was responsible for (digging up the neighbour's path!), but he actually chose not to, for which I was extremely grateful. I can highly recommend Ben and his team. They are very professional and helped me when I was pushed for time. He correctly quoted the work and did it in the time frame he suggested. His team is very trustworthy. They managed to keep the workspace clean and left it neat at the end of every day. We have an old Victorian house and there was damp in 2 great rooms on 4 walls. This was a big project and our house is now damp free.

Ben and the team were fantastic. Professional, courteous and trustworthy. Honest with all assessments and were quick to let me know if the scope of the work was changing. The advice from the professional independent assessor prior to quoting for the works was excellent They were also happy to respond when I had questions after the work was completed. During building work we discovered we needed a damp problem rectifying. AG Damp sent their surveyor round and produced a detailed report of the issues (do not put of by the initial charge for this - it is definitely worth it). Following the report, we instructed Ben and his team to undertake the works. However, the problem was slightly worse than initially thought. Ben discussed his proposed solution, with the cost and this has now sorted everything. I would highly recommend Ben and his team - the work has been carried out to a excellent standard. Hopefully I wont have to see Ben at my property again but if i have any new issues in the future i will be in touch straight away!
