My Mother came to this outstanding assisted care home, at the end of June following a serious fall. She recovered so very well, and quickly, thanks to the kindness and support of all the team. After having made many friends in the first month, and having enjoyed the company and care of the team, mum decided to stay longer!! The quality of care is excellent, everyone from the carers to senior managers, are very visible and caring, and very caring of mum, and the whole family. This is the first time we have used a care home, and I certainly wouldn't class this as a care home, it is the same experience and quality as living on a cruise ship, 5 star!! Mum has a beautiful quality one bedroom apartment, with contemporary finishes, very comfortable, it really is home from home. Mum loves the entertainment, food is excellent, the family and friends love dining with her, and I just couldn't fault anything! Thank you Avery Collection!

Fantastic residential home. The best one I have ever visited when spending time with a loved one. The atmosphere is so friendly. All seem happy, the staff and residents. Very clean and bright home. Lots of activities. Mini bus trips are brilliant. Overall a really enjoyable experience.

Dad moved in (as a one month respite in mid October 2022) it was to see if he liked it and if he would like to stay. 24 hours later he told me he loved it and wanted to stay. I told him I’d ask him again after 3 weeks and if he still wanted to stay we would make arrangements. He is so happy there, it’s been almost 4 months and he’s busy doing armchair exercises, scrabble, choir, painting etc which makes it easier for me on the days when I can’t visit. He’s been poorly twice since he’s been there and although I’ve visited him twice on those days the care has been second to none. I know without fail the care team will contact me if they are concerned. Everyone there is so friendly and caring both to him and myself, it really is like dad and I now have a large extended signature family and I cannot thank any of them enough.

Our Nan was relocated here thanks to Tracy Moore. She’s now like a new woman. The staff are fantastic and the carers couldn’t do a better job, each person who works there really cares about the residents. The home is one of the nicest care homes I’ve seen - with a homely feel, comforting to those who live there. Thank you signature of Chorleywood - our family owes you everything!

My 91 year old mother-in-law moved to this exceptionally wonderful care home last August. I have known her for over 30 years and I don't remember her being this contented. The place feels far more like an upmarket hotel (than a care home) with a very nurturing and friendly vibe. The staff all take a real interest in the residents and work very hard to keep them all exceedingly well looked after. The home is kept immaculately clean and the premises (as well as the residents of course) seem extremely well cared for. My mother in law has been encouraged to join in with a wealth of activities, from art classes, cookery and drama events, quiz nights, musical events, services and even some trips out. She has been encouraged to share her particular strengths as a musician which has increased her sense of purpose and worth. She has formed close friendships with a number of other residents. There is so much going on and it's clear that residents are not left to just sit and snooze (as I have observed elsewhere)! Before finding this care home we visited a good many others locally and none of them seemed to compare in terms of level of care, stimulation of the residents, consideration to families, and general atmosphere. Thank you so much Signature of Chorleywood!

My mum is a resident here, we looked at various homes in the area and my dad was in another previously locally. We are very happy that we chose to place her here, she has dementia but is able to continue to live life fully, the activities provided are superb. We feel its more like a country club than assisted living. Great friendly staff who care. You may be able to save a few pounds going to a different home, but having had experience of that I think the extra gives your parent a huge amount more.

My mother is a resident and I have to say that the care she receives is fantastic. All the team members are wonderful, friendly and treat the residents and their loved ones like family. The entertainment provided really goes the extra mile. Never a dull moment - arts, crafts, quizzes, performances, film nights, the list goes on. Everyone is encouraged and stimulated and included. Throughout lockdown, despite visiting restrictions, the residents were kept busy and entertained by the wonderful team of carers.
