The staff are amazing the manager is a top notch lady and I can see locals love her best Costa I've been to in South of England

Really like the friendly faces and efficient service in here. And it's not cramped like so many coffee shops. Parking: A short walk away to free car park

Staff are brilliant. Lovely shop. Leaving 2 stars as the Internet speed is a joke. Ran a test and it was 1.53 mbs (out of 100). Strong enough for 1 person to browse the Internet. Have scrimped out on Internet...no idea why you'd have a shop this big and be so tight with your Internet provider. I spent about £100pm at this Costa...but I just cannot go there any more, purely as the wifi is so poor. Again...lovely staff, but do not go there if you intend on working and utilising their wifi.

As long as Costa keeps selling Raspberry and Almond Bake, I'm there! This Costa outlet is one of my faves. Good service, friendly staff, and a decent atmosphere and seating layout.

Local branch not soo great. Had to shout through the plastic so the batista could hear my order. After repeating myself 4 times she still struggled and order was wrong. She apologised and said her English is not good. Cake was nice though

I do not go to Costa much now.One reason,,myself and friend,find the staff are not so friendly. The Attitude is bad when ordering food etc.We also find the cakes,and some other food Items,are expensive.The prices have increased,for a while too.There should be at times some special offers.To encourage customers to come and enjoy time here. There should be better training, You need customers.!. Thank you.

Clean quiet place, but it depends on staff mood if you will have nice coffee or not. They don't like if ask for something, making angry faces, don't listen at all sometimes. Also if they don't have medium cups, they tell you after they made coffee. Once I had medium coffee in a large cup( half full) and today I had medium coffee in small cup! I paid for medium and they decided to make me small for the price of medium, when I asked why? They just said because they run out of medium cups. Something like this should be mentioned to the customer before you make coffee, I would then ask for different size or have normal cup. I have been here many times , and only few times I had nice coffee and friendly staff. Had more bad experience than good.

Amazing staff and Great Coffee. Brought a set of Syrups aswell and excited to use it.

Very friendly service, clean and calm branch, with a few books for kids. WiFi, plug sockets, sofa, and long tables available.
